1. General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to our products, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing between the customer and us.
1.2 When selling, the mandatory rules that follow from applicable legislation are applied.
1.3 The buyer must be of legal age.

2. Ordering
2.1 Ordering of products is done via the website. In order for an order to be binding, the order must be confirmed before delivery is completed. This means, among other things, that if the product in the range expired or for another reason is not available with due observance of reasonable efforts, we are not obliged to provide such product irrespective of the customer ordering the same as above.
2.2 When ordering on an account registered as a company, the registered company is in all respects regarded as a contracted legal party.

3. Delivery and shipping
3.1 The delivery date is the day the product is released from our warehouse. When delivering freely the customer, the delivery date is the day the product appears to the customer. If the customer does not pick up or receive the product at the agreed time, the delivery date is the day when the product was available for collection from us. The risk for the product passes to the customer upon receipt of the product.
3.2 Upon request, we provide transport on behalf of the customer, including transport insurance, and choose the most suitable mode of transport upon agreement with the customer. If we take care of the transport, the customer must compensate us for expenses in connection with the transport unless otherwise agreed.
3.3 In cases where the customer chooses not to redeem the ordered item, the customer is charged for the corresponding freight (round trip), postal deposit fee and handling fee of SEK 250.
3.4 If your product / shipment is damaged in the transport, please report the event to info@demand.nu. You need to inform us of hidden transport damages within 7 days of receipt. Visible transport damage we recommend you to report as soon as possible from reception. Most recently, the error must be reported within a reasonable time, which is 14 days from receipt. If special circumstances exist, it can be notified later. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the cost of the product not being replaced by us.
3.5 There is a cheap delivery option consisting of regular letter offered for the reason that many of my customers requested this, but I must point out that I cannot refund you or resend the order if your goods do not arrive. This is part of my sales terms that you must approve upon checkout. Please choose Registered mail to be sure that the order is traceable and insured.

4. Delivery delay
4.1 The customer may, by written notice to us, terminate the agreement as far as delayed products are concerned if delivery delay is due to us or any relationship on his site is more than 14 days. We undertake to refund the prepaid amount within 14 working days.

5. Price and payment
5.1 On our website and in its catalog there are prices and these are excluding any shipping or postage costs which are payable according to the current price list on the delivery date.
5.2 We reserve the right, at any time before the Delivery Date, to adjust the prices stated in item 5.1, provided that the customer is notified accordingly. The customer can then cancel the purchase in writing.
5.3 When ordering from the website, there is currently the possibility of payment with Paypal and Swish.
5.4 We reserve the right for final sales, misprints and price adjustments where the pricing is unreasonably low, in which case we reserve the right to correct these according to 5.2.

6. Ownership reservation
6.1 The products remain our property until they are fully paid.
6.2 Until the ownership has been transferred to the customer, the customer commits to well care for the products and that no changes have been made to them without our written consent. The customer does not have the right to transfer or assign rights of use to products that are subject to reservation of ownership.

7. Return policy
7.1 As a customer with us, you have the right to regret your purchase if you notify us within 14 days of the day you received the product. When buying home-built products such as ready made building kits, there is no right of withdrawal. The product must be in unaltered condition, ie unused, not energized, destroyed or damaged. The product must be complete. This means that all accessories such as manuals, packaging materials, etc. should be included in the return. Return of ESD-sensitive material is only accepted in the same unbroken original packaging as they were delivered in. The quickest way to cancel your purchase is to contact us at info@demand.nu for further instructions on how to return.Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply if what you buy costs less than SEK 400! The freight to send back your regretted purchase you pay as a customer. Keep in mind that you are responsible for the transport back to us. We will not redeem parcels sent to us for cash on delivery.

8. Guarantee
8.1 Our products come with the guarantees that manufacturers or suppliers offer us. The meaning is primarily repair if your product breaks down. If the product fails to repair, it is replaced with an equivalent product. As a customer, you cannot rely on any additional product warranty from us.
8.2 No guarantee is provided on components, building kits and modules.
8.3 Consumables such as batteries are normally given 6 months warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
8.4 On home-built electronics products, a functional guarantee is provided, that is, they should work on delivery.
8.5 Traders are not entitled to claim a complaint after the warranty period.

9. Responsibility for errors
9.1 We are not responsible for errors that are of no significance for the intended use of the product and which do not cause inconvenience to the customer.
9.2 Our responsibility does not include:
a) errors caused by the customer's use of the products with other equipment or accessories in a manner that affects its operation;
b) errors caused by changes made or interventions by the customer in the products that do not comply with the instructions of the product;
c) errors caused by the customer's use of the products in a manner other than as evidenced by the user documentation or by negligence of the customer, his staff or third party or by other circumstances other than our control;
d) normal operating maintenance such as adjustment, normal wear and tear or requiring the purchase of consumable accessories.
9.5 If the customer has reported an error and it turns out that there is no fault that we are responsible for, the customer shall replace us according to the price list in force at each occasion.
9.6 Our liability for errors is limited to the above, unless there is gross negligence. The customer cannot direct other claims against us due to errors.

10. Limitation of liability
10.1 Should liability or compensation liability arise for us in accordance with the present general terms and conditions, unless the intent or gross negligence exists, the liability shall be limited to a total amount corresponding to the purchase price for the product or products on which the liability for damages is based.
10.2 Our liability covers only direct losses. Our liability therefore does not include indirect losses, such as loss in business activity or the customer's loss of data, nor damage that we could not reasonably have expected to have included in the agreement and whose consequences he could not reasonably have avoided or overcome.
10.3 Should we be prevented from delivering or repatriating or if such a delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome as a result of labor conflict or other circumstances that the parties cannot prevail such as fire, war, mobilization or unexpected military calls of corresponding proportions, requisitions, seizures, currency restrictions , uprisings and riots, transport barriers, shortage of goods, lack of fuel, as well as delays in deliveries from subcontractors or producers as a result of similar circumstances mentioned in this paragraph, we shall be free from all liability with the exception of complaints and crediting of missing products.

11. Transfer of the contract
11.1 We may, without the customer's consent, transfer the right to receive payment in accordance with the present general terms and conditions.
11.2 Otherwise, the present general terms and conditions may not be transferred without the consent of the other party.

12. Personal information and cookies
12.1 When you make a purchase on our website, you need to enter some personal information so that we can deliver the goods to you; name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. We use this information to be able to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer, in case of warranty cases and for sales statistics. Some information is shared with third parties so that we can fulfill our agreement with you.For example, the shipping companies must have the necessary information (such as name, address, telephone number and email) in order for them to be able to deliver your letter or package. Your consent includes that our partner can access and store and process relevant information. The specified personal data are stored in our system for 10 years. By law, you as a customer with us have the right to obtain a registry extract containing information about which personal data we have registered about you. 12.2 A cookie is a small text file that is sent from a web page to your computer where it is temporarily stored. We store a number of such cookies on your computer, which is also a requirement for our website to work for you. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to log in or place your order.

13. Copyright
13.1 All content on these pages is to be considered as our or subcontractor's property. The information is protected by eg. copyright, marketing and trademarks. This means that brands, company names, product names and information about products pertaining to eg. The product's weight, images and graphics, design, layout and other content must not be copied or used without explicit consent (in writing) from us.

14. Change in terms of sale
14.1 We reserve the right to change the current terms of sale.
