For orders sent by regular letter, can't we take any responsabillity more than that we guarante that we post the letter in the mailbox and the lost is on you the customer.

If this is not acceptable, we have to remove the option to send cheap with letter and then everything will be sent with "PostNords skicka lätt" or as registered mail.

This is a hobby buisness and there is no wayto resend orders that have disappeared.

So you want to be absolutely sure to get your orders delivered choose the option Registered mail or "PostNord skicka lätt" then the order is delivered with traceability.

Orders are normally shipped within 2-3 days.
