Lamp driver rail triac in TO-220 case. Used on Bally/Williams WPC power/driver boards (5 used per board). These triacs control the five general-illumination light strands used on the playfield, and in the backbox/cabinet in these games. If you have a strand of GI lights that are not working, you may have a failed triac.
